Terms of Service

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and the administration of the Service (the “Administration”). You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher;
• you have a lawful basis to use the images, videos and other materials you upload, including the explicit consent of every person shown in them;
• you will not use the Service for purposes prohibited by law, by Telegram's rules or by these Terms;
• you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including rules on personal data and adult content.

Nuderr AI generates and processes images and videos with AI at your request. Features may include processing photos with neural networks, creating videos from still images, and other functions shown in the bot or on the website. Some features are available only in the bot.

Results are created automatically by AI algorithms. We do not guarantee artistic quality, anatomical accuracy, resemblance to real people or that a result will meet your expectations. Generated materials are synthetic and must not be presented as real photos or as proof of real events or persons.

The list of features, technical parameters, limits and prices may change without prior notice.

In the bot, your account is your Telegram account. On the website you sign in with Telegram — the sign-in is confirmed in a Telegram bot — or with email once this option is available. Signing in with Telegram opens the same account as in the bot, with the same balance.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share access to it, and sign out of the website on devices you do not control. One person must not create several accounts to receive bonuses repeatedly.

You must not:

• upload materials involving minors or persons who may appear to be minors;
• use images of other people without their explicit consent;
• create, distribute or process materials that violate the rights of others, the law or Telegram's rules;
• use the Service for blackmail, harassment, fraud, disinformation or other unlawful purposes;
• publish, forward, sell or present a result as a real photo or recording;
• attempt to hack, reverse engineer or overload the Service, bypass its limits, or collect data automatically;
• distribute malware or spam, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

You keep your rights to the materials you upload, provided you have them. By uploading materials or starting processing, you grant the Administration a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to store, process, transform and transmit the content solely to fulfil your request, ensure safety and moderation, handle complaints and comply with the law, and for technical maintenance and backup.

You guarantee that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed for the materials you upload, and you alone are responsible for their legality and for the consequences of processing them. The Administration may refuse to process or may delete materials without explanation if a request may violate the law or create a risk for the Service.

Paid features use internal units of the Service (tokens). Prices, packs, bonuses and the rules for spending tokens may change at any time. Payment is made through third-party payment services; the Administration is not a bank and does not store card details. You bear any fees of banks, payment systems and crypto networks.

Newcomer bonuses are given once per person, where the person starts: in the bot or on the website. In case of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or unjustified chargebacks, access may be restricted until the check is complete.

Payments made and tokens spent are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise and in the cases listed in section 7. If something went wrong with a payment or a charge, contact support.

If processing fails before the result is ready, or the automatic age or safety check blocks it, the tokens are returned automatically.

On the website, a finished result is kept in your gallery for 24 hours and then deleted. A ready result counts as a delivered service: its expiry, or its deletion by you, is not a reason for a refund. Save results you need in time. If a result was lost through our fault before you first opened it, the tokens are returned automatically.

The Administration may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Service without a refund if you violate these Terms or the law, and may provide information to competent authorities where the law requires it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. You are fully responsible for your actions in the Service and their consequences.

The Administration is not liable for the content and legality of materials uploaded by users; for the actions of third parties, including Telegram, payment systems, hosting providers and AI technology providers; for indirect losses, lost profit, data loss or inability to use the Service; or for distribution of created materials outside the Service. The Administration's maximum liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise.

These Terms take effect when you accept them and remain in force indefinitely. The Administration may change them; the current version is published on this page and changes may also be announced in the bot or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new version.

Disputes are resolved under applicable law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. All rights to the Nuderr AI brand and related materials are protected. Contact: @nuderrai_support on Telegram.
