Based on the service’s design and operating model, Nuderrai.com does not represent itself as a producer of depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by human performers under 18 U.S.C. §2257. However, 18 U.S.C. §2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 may address simulated conduct and digitally or computer-manipulated depictions of actual human beings. This statement is therefore not a blanket claim that every possible submission, output, or use is exempt; applicability depends on the facts and governing law.

Outputs are generated on demand from user-selected inputs. Any uploaded image must depict an adult aged 18 or older, and the user must have the legal right and explicit consent to process it. Generated output is synthetic and must not be presented as a real photograph or recording.

Nuderrai.com does not cast, hire, employ, or direct human models for a hosted adult-content library. User generations are delivered privately through the Telegram bot and are not published in a public gallery operated by Nuderrai.com.

A user who submits third-party content without authorization acts outside the service rules. Reports concerning potentially unlawful or non-consensual content may be investigated, access may be restricted, and information may be preserved or disclosed when required by applicable law.
