Non-Consensual Content Policy

This policy applies to photo and video inputs, generated outputs, attempts to generate content, and conduct connected with the service. It covers non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated or digitally altered depictions. A synthetic result can still harm an identifiable person and is not acceptable merely because it was created by AI.

• Never upload or generate content involving a minor or a person whose age is unclear.
• Never use an identifiable person’s image without explicit, informed, and voluntary consent to the specific intimate edit.
• Never use coercion, deception, stolen material, secretly captured images, or content obtained under an expectation of privacy.
• Never use an output for harassment, humiliation, impersonation, threats, extortion, or sexual exploitation.
• Never publish, forward, sell, or present a generated result as a real photograph or recording.

Before generation, the service requires a consent confirmation and uses automated age-safety checks on source images. Automated systems can help identify age-related risk, but they cannot independently prove identity, ownership, or consent.

Nuderr AI does not claim that every upload or output is manually reviewed. Reports are assessed case by case by authorized personnel, and additional information may be requested when needed to evaluate a complaint.

Depending on the circumstances, Nuderr AI may reject a generation, restrict or permanently suspend an account, preserve information needed for an investigation, or cooperate with lawful requests. Refund eligibility remains subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.

You are responsible for every input you submit and every use of an output. You must have the legal right to process the source and explicit consent from every identifiable adult shown. Consent to possess or share a source image is not automatically consent to create an intimate edit.

Generated media is for private, personal entertainment only. Creating, threatening to share, or publishing non-consensual intimate imagery — including AI-generated or digitally altered imagery — may lead to civil liability or criminal penalties depending on the jurisdiction.

Victims, depicted persons, and their authorized representatives can report suspected non-consensual intimate imagery to @nuderrai_support on Telegram. Reports should identify the material without unnecessarily redistributing it and should include enough information for us to locate and assess it.

• Describe where the material appeared and provide an available URL, message reference, username, or other locator.
• State whether you are the depicted person or an authorized representative and that the intimate depiction was created or shared without consent.
• Provide a safe contact method for follow-up and confirm that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
• Do not forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Report its location only and contact the appropriate law-enforcement or child-safety authority.

Nuderr AI reviews good-faith reports promptly. When reported material is within our control, we may disable access, remove policy-violating material and known identical copies where required, preserve relevant evidence, and take action against responsible accounts within the timelines required by applicable law.

Nuderr AI does not operate a public gallery of user generations; outputs are delivered privately through Telegram. If reported material is hosted or published by another service, you should also send a removal request to that service because Nuderr AI cannot remove content from third-party systems it does not control.
